Below is a list of all eligible nonprofit organizations.
If you would like to add an organization to the list it must be a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit and you must email with the organizations name, website address, mailing address, person of contact, phone number and email address.
All checks will be written and sent out to eligible nonprofits two weeks after the final race of the year.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you need to withdraw from a race you have already registered for and are doing so at least 30 days before the race (or 30 days before the 1st race in a series), you may request a 50% credit toward another of our events within the same calendar year. No credits will be issued within 30 days of a race and no credits will be carried into the next calendar year.
Event Modifications/Cancelations
The race directors and/or USAT officials reserve the right to modify or cancel any or all of the portions of the triathlon if weather conditions, water quality, etc. compromise athlete safety. There are no refunds for canceled events.
